3. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
All financial transactions on Ex Baji are handled securely and transparently. Deposits and withdrawals can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
Deposit:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

- All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name.

Sports Betting:

- If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Ex Baji reserves the right to void the affected bets.
- Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
Casino Gaming:
- All games use certified RNG, ensuring fully random outcomes.
- If your connection drops during a game, the game state is saved and you can pick up right where you left off once reconnected.
- If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a system error, the bet amount will be refunded.

6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Ex Baji and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

- Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts.

If suspicious activity is detected, Ex Baji may temporarily suspend the account until an investigation is completed. Cooperating during the investigation will help resolve the matter faster.

7. Account Closure & Reactivation
Ex Baji reserves the right to close or temporarily suspend an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of the terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
- Extended inactivity (no account activity for more than 12 months).
Members may also request self-exclusion or account closure at any time by contacting our support team.
If there is a remaining balance at the time of account closure and the closure is not due to a rule violation, you may request a refund of that balance.
